Evan is an experienced litigator who has been representing individuals and businesses throughout the Lowcountry since 2007. Evan’s practice consists of trial and transactional matters primarily in the areas of business, construction, association law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury.
Since 2013, Evan has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating a lawyer can receive and is only awarded to attorneys deemed by their peers to exhibit the highest legal ability and ethical standards.
Evan is active in the local community. He currently is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and Beaufort County Zoning Board of Appeals. Evan was selected by the Chamber to be a member of Leadership Bluffton, Class of 2016.
Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Evan and his wife, Amy, live in Bluffton with their sons, Sam and Benjamin, and dogs and cats, Pearl, Spot, May, Nibbles, and Leopard. The Bromleys are members of Compassion Christian Church.
