Evan K. Bromley has been practicing law in the Lowcountry since 2007. His practice focuses on trial and transactional matters primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate, business law, construction, property/homeowners associations, and personal injury.
Individuals, business owners, contractors, association boards, and families rely on Evan’s skill in building a strong case to represent them in trials and major transactions. He leverages his team, his experience and the latest technologies to efficiently gather, organize, and present compelling arguments in court or prepare important legal documents.
Since 2013, Evan has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating a lawyer can receive. It is only awarded to attorneys deemed by their peers to exhibit the highest legal ability and ethical standards. In 2022, Evan was honored to be appointed to the Beaufort County Board of Zoning Appeals by the Beaufort County Council. Evan is a Riley Fellow and was selected to take part in the Lowcountry Diversity Leaders Initiative through Furman University.
Evan was born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina. He and his wife, Amy, live in Bluffton with their two sons, Sam and Benjamin, and their dogs, Pearl, May, and Spot. The Bromleys are members of Compassion Christian Church – Bluffton Campus.

Nhi is a Legal Assistant with our firm. Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Nhi studied Economics and Spanish at the University of Virginia. Prior to joining the Bromley Law Firm, Nhi gained experience working for a litigation law firm. In her spare time, Nhi enjoys trying out new restaurants, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Lucas.
