Filing bankruptcy is a very serious decision.  If you do file, that will make it hard for you to get credit for at least two years, and the fact that you filed will appear on your credit reports for about 10 years.  If you obtain a discharge in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you won't be able to do that again for 8 years.

For these and other reasons, you may want to avoid bankruptcy.  A unique Wisconsin law makes it possible for people  to pay off unsecured debts without interest.  Under this law, you can have all of your payments applied to the debt itself, rather than interest, and you can have 36 months to pay the debt off.  This simple proceeding can be done without ever having to appear in court, and the filing fee is only $22.  It is possible to represent people in this kind of case without an office conference, handling the matter by telephone, e-mail and mail.
